Open Energy extends maturity date of $3 million convertible debenture issued to YA Global

Knoxville, Tenn., March 24 - Open Energy Corp. amended its agreement with YA Global Investments, LP in regards to a $3 million secured convertible debenture that was sold in a March 2007 private placement, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment extends the note's maturity to April 30 from March 30.

Open Energy is a renewable energy company based in Solana Beach, Calif.
