OPEL plans C$25 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 13 - OPEL International Inc. announced it plans to price a C$25 million private placement of units.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for two years.

Raymond James Ltd. will lead a syndicate of agents, which includes Clarus Securities Inc., Canaccord Adams Inc. and IBK Capital Corp.

Based in Toronto, OPEL is a developer and supplier of concentrating photovoltaic panels.
