Ontex announces C$4 million private placement of units, shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 17 - Ontex Resources Ltd. said it will raise C$4 million in a private placement of flow-through common shares and units.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one half-share warrant.

M Partners Inc. is the agent.

Proceeds will be used for exploration and general working capital purposes.

Ontex is based in London, Ont.
