Ontex nixes C$3.9 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 16 - Ontex Resources Ltd. said it will not proceed with a C$3.9 million private placement of units. The deal priced Aug. 27.

Ontex, a gold exploration company, is based in London, Ont.
