New Issue: Ontario reopens 3.15% bonds due 2022 for C$500 million at 95.5 bps spread

New York, March 8 - The Province of Ontario came in with a reopening Wednesday of its 3.15% bonds due June 2, 2022 for C$500 million at 101.477 to yield 2.981%, according to a bond source.

The bonds priced at a spread of 92.5 basis points over the Government of Canada benchmark.

Lead managers were RBC Capital Markets Corp., CIBC World Markets Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.

With the reopening, the issue now stands at $4.5 billion outstanding.
