ON Semiconductor to start roadshow Tuesday for $200 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, Feb. 14 - The roadshow begins Tuesday for ON Semiconductor Corp.'s sale of $200 million of senior secured first priority notes due 2010 (B), according to a syndicate source who added that the deal is expected to price on Feb. 25.
Salomon Smith Barney and Credit Suisse First Boston are joint bookrunners.
The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for four years.
Proceeds will be used to prepay a portion of Semiconductor Components' senior bank facilities.
The issuer is a Phoenix-based manufacturer of semiconductors and electronics components.
