ON Semiconductor calls some notes
New York, Feb. 9 - ON Semiconductor called for redemption $70 million principal amount of its first lien senior secured notes due 2010 and $105 million principal amount of its second lien senior secured notes due 2008.
Both redemptions will take place on March 10.
For both notes, holders will receive 112.0% of par plus accrued interest to March 10.
Funding will be come from the Phoenix semiconductor company's recent offering of common stock.
