Brookside Capital Partners reports stake of 5.92% in ON Semiconductor

Philadelphia, Dec. 1 - Brookside Capital Partners Fund, LP reported an equity investment of 5.92% in ON Semiconductor Corp. as of Nov. 26, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 24,325,010 shares.

The holdings are slightly up from the passive stake of 5.27%, or 21,647,040 shares, that the company reported owning on Nov. 17, according to the same SC 13G filing.

ON Semiconductor is a Phoenix-based designer, manufacturer and marketer of power and data management semiconductors and standard semiconductor components.
