Chicago, Dec. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $317,000 of autocallable yield notes due May 11, 2023 linked to the common stock of ON Semiconductor Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.85%, paid monthly.
The securities will be called automatically at par starting Oct. 10, 2022 if the price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any subsequent monthly review date.
If the stock gains or ends above its 66% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
