New Issue: One Person Health Sciences wraps scaled-down private placement for C$310,000

New York, Aug. 31 - One Person Health Sciences Inc. said it has completed its previously announced C$1 million private placement for C$310,000.

The company sold 3.1 million units at C$0.10 each.

The units are comprised of one share and one warrant. The warrants are exercisable at C$0.15 each for one year.

The expiry of the warrants may be accelerated to 30 days if the company's stock trades above C$0.25 for more than 10 consecutive trading days.

The offering was first announced June 20 for up to C$1 million through the sale of up to 10 million units under the same terms.

Haywood Securities Inc. was the placement agent.

The proceeds will be used for working capital, marketing and business development.

In other news, Mike Brown was appointed the company's president and chief operating officer.
