New York, July 8 - One Person Health Sciences Inc. said it has completed the final tranche of its previously announced private placement for C$280,110. The offering was downsized to C$600,000 from its originally announced C$1 million.
The company sold a total of 4,615,385 shares at C$0.13 each. In the final tranche, the company sold 2,154,694 shares.
The offering was first announced June 20 as a C$1 million deal comprised of up to 3,333,333 shares under the same terms.
Haywood Securities Inc. was the placement agent.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., One Person conducts assessment and recommendation technologies, products and services for the health-care field.
