New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 digital barrier notes linked to three stocks

Chicago, March 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due March 11, 2022 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Alaska Air Group, Inc., Apache Corp. and ONEOK, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least performing stock finishes at or above its 50% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital upside return of 24.7%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing stock from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
