ONE Gas extends $700 million revolving credit facility to 2023

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 5 – ONE Gas, Inc. extended its $700 million revolving unsecured credit facility by one year to Oct. 5, 2023 on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bank of America, NA is administrative agent.

No other terms were changed.

The credit agreement is originally dated Oct. 5, 2017.

ONE Gas is a natural gas distribution company based in Tulsa, Okla.
