Des Moines, June 21 - One Exploration Inc. settled a private placement of subscription receipts for C$12,001,850.
The company sold 4.616 million non flow-through subscription receipts at C$1.30 each and 3.637 million flow-through subscription receipts at C$1.65 each.
The non flow-through subscription receipts will each be exchangeable for one non flow-through class A common share, and the flow-through subscription receipts will each be exchangeable for one flow-through class A common share.
The subscription receipts will be automatically exchanged by June 26.
Tristone Capital Inc. led an underwriting syndicate that included Blackmont Capital Corp., Dundee Securities Corp., GMP Securities LP, Paradigm Capital Inc., Raymond James Ltd., Clarus Securities Inc. and Genuity Capital Markets.
Proceeds were used for the company's recently completed acquisition of assets in Alberta and for exploration.
One Exploration is an oil and gas exploration and development company based in Calgary, Alta.
