One Communications to repay bank debt with secured notes proceeds

New York, June 25 - One Communications Corp. plans on repaying a portion of its credit facility debt using proceeds from a $275 million secured notes offering, according to a market source.

One Communications is a Burlington, Mass.-based telecommunications services provider.
