S&P: One Communications still on watch

Standard & Poor's said that its B corporate credit rating on One Communications Corp., along with all related issue-level ratings, remains on CreditWatch with negative implications.

S&P said that for the period ended Sept. 30, One Communications was not in compliance with its total leverage covenant.
