S&P: One Communications view positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on One Communications Corp. to positive from developing and affirmed its B- corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision is based on our assessment that the company will maintain adequate cushion under

its bank credit facility total leverage and interest coverage covenants," S&P analyst Allyn Arden said in a statement.

"However," Arden added, "operating performance has not improved sufficiently to warrant an upgrade at this time."
