One Communications to launch $590 million credit facility Wednesday

New York, March 27 - One Communications Corp. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Wednesday to launch its proposed $590 million credit facility (B1), according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs is the lead bank on the deal.

The facility consists of a $30 million revolver and a $560 million first-lien term loan talked at Libor plus 350 basis points, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company's existing credit facility.

One Communications is a Waltham, Mass., communications provider.
