By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, May 5 - OnCure Holdings, Inc. talked its $210 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B2/B) with a yield in the 12% area, including about 1.5 points of original issue discount, an informed source said on Wednesday.

The deal is set to price Thursday morning.

Jefferies & Co. has the books for the Rule 144A for life deal.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.
