OnCure starts roadshow for $210 million seven-year secured notes

St. Louis, April 27 - OnCure Holdings, Inc. began a roadshow on Monday for its $210 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B2/B), according to an informed source.

The roadshow wraps up on May 5.

Jefferies & Co. has the books for the Rule 144A for life deal.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

OnCure is an Engelwood, Colo.-based manager of radiation oncology treatment centers.
