Moody's: OnCure unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that OnCure Holdings, Inc.'s B3 corporate family rating and negative outlook are unaffected by the announcement that one of its key customers, ICON, notified the company that it plans to terminate the management services agreement in October 2011.

The loss of ICON's contract would weaken OnCure's credit metrics and liquidity profile and could put downward pressure on the rating, the agency noted.
