Oncothyreon announces plans to price public offering of common stock

Deal finances development of ONT-380 and ONT-10 and corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 17 – Oncothyreon Inc. will conduct a public offering of common stock with a 30-day greenshoe option, according to a prospectus supplement filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Cowen and Co., LLC is the sole book-running manager.

Proceeds will be used for development of ONT-380 and ONT-10 and general corporate purposes.

Oncothyreon is a Seattle biotechnology company.
