Oncor Electric Delivery enters into $300 million term loan due 2022

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – Oncor Electric Delivery Co. LLC entered into a $300 million term loan credit agreement on Jan. 29 with U.S. Bank NA as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The loan matures on Feb. 28, 2022.

Borrowings will bear interest at Libor plus 67.5 basis points.

Oncor may borrow up to the full amount in up to three borrowings that may be made any time before March 15. The company drew $160 million under the loan at closing.

Proceeds may be used for general corporate purposes.

Oncor is an electric utility based in Dallas.
