By Taylor Fox

New York, Dec. 30 – Oncor Electric Delivery Co. LLC fully repaid its $450 million borrowings plus interest outstanding under its term loan credit agreement, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The repayment was funded with capital contributions of $450 million received from Oncor’s members in December.

As a result of the repayment, no borrowings remain outstanding under the term loan agreement and the term loan agreement is no longer in effect.

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. is administrative agent for the lenders.

The electric company is based in Dallas.
