Oncolytics Biotech files $150 million shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., June 6 - Oncolytics Biotech Inc. filed a $150 million shelf registration in an F-10 preliminary short form prospectus filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common shares, subscription receipts, warrants, debt securities and units.

The debt securities may be convertible.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Oncolytics Biotech is a biotechnology company based in Calgary, Alta.
