Moody's: On Assignment loan Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned On Assignment, Inc. a Ba3 corporate family rating and a Ba3 rating on a new $540 million senior secured credit facility.

Moody's also assigned a B1 probability of default rating and an SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds from the new credit facility will be used to finance the acquisition of Apex Systems, Inc.
