Knoxville, Tenn., April 16 - Omthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. said it completed a $64 million initial public offering of stock.
The company sold 8 million common shares at $8.00 per share.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Leerink Swann were the joint bookrunning managers.
The specialty pharmaceutical company is based in Princeton, N.J.
