Omnova Solutions to redeem $50 million of 7 7/8% notes at 101.969

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 23 – Omnova Solutions Inc. plans to redeem $50 million of its 7 7/8% senior notes due Nov. 1, 2018, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 101.969 plus accrued interest on Nov. 23.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Omnova is a Fairlawn, Ohio-based provider of emulsion polymers, specialty chemical, and decorative and functional surfaces for commercial, industrial and residential end uses.
