Omnova Solutions to redeem $50 million of 7 7/8% notes at 103.938

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 30 – Omnova Solutions Inc. will redeem $50 million of the $250 million outstanding principal amount of its 7 7/8% senior notes due 2018, according to a company press release.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.938 plus accrued interest on Nov. 1.

The redemption will be funded with available cash.

Omnova is a Fairlawn, Ohio-based provider of emulsion polymers, specialty chemical, and decorative and functional surfaces for commercial, industrial and residential end uses.
