Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 29 - Omniture, Inc. completed a $24.99 million private placement of stock on Jan. 27, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 2,852,578 common shares at $8.76 per share to WPP Luxembourg Gamma Three Sarl.

Based in Orem, Utah, Omniture develops online business optimization software.
