New Issue: Omnitech closes upsized private placement for C$1.87 million

Atlanta, April 14 - Omnitech Consultant Group Inc. said it has completed its previously announced private placement with Sipar Inc. for C$1,872,000.

The company sold 1 million units at C$1.192 each to Sipar and an additional 500,000 units at C$1.36 each.

The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant. The full warrants allow for an additional share at C$1.49 each for 18 months.

The additional units include one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants provide for an additional share at C$1.70 each for 18 months.

The offering was first announced as a C$1,192,000 offering of just the 1 million units sold at C$1.192 each.

Based in Quebec City, Omnitech integrates technologies for companies. The proceeds will be used for acquisitions and to develop and allocate C$3 million for additional acquisitions.
