New York, March 12 - OmniComm Systems, Inc. wrapped a private placement for $2.5 million.
The company issued 5 million shares.
Noesis Capital Corp. was the placement agent for the offering.
In other news, OmniComm announced that its president, Cornelis F. Wit, and a director, Guus van Kesteren, converted $921,009 in promissory notes into 1,842,018 common shares.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., OmniComm provides web-based solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, research and medical device sectors.
