Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 10 - Omnicity Corp. settled a $1.4 million private placement of units on Nov. 10, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 4 million units of one common share and a half-share warrant at $0.35 per unit. The whole warrants are each exercisable at $0.50 until Nov. 10, 2011.
Carmel, Ind.'s Omnicity provides broadband access, including services of voice, video and data.
