New Issue: Barclays prices $1.06 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to Omnicell

Buffalo, N.Y., April 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.06 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due March 29, 2027 linked to the stock performance of Omnicell, Inc., according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any stock gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 82%.
Investors will receive par if the stock falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 30%.
