Omnicare to redeem $250 million 6 7/8% notes due 2015 at 103.438

San Diego, Aug. 5 - Omnicare, Inc. has issued a call to redeem $250 million of its 6 7/8% senior subordinated notes due Dec. 15, 2015, according to an announcement.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 6 at a redemption price of 103.438 plus accrued interest of $15.46875 per note for a total redemption price of $1,049.84875 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Following the redemption, $275 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

The paying agent is U.S. Bank NA (651 973-5800).

Omnicare is a Covington, Ky.-based pharmaceutical services company.
