Underwriter Cantor Fitzgerald assists; deal funds corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 11 – Omeros Corp. said it priced a $40 million public offering of stock.
The company will sell the common shares at $11.50 per share. The price per share reflects a 10.65% discount to the Aug. 10 closing share price of $12.87.
Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is the underwriter.
Settlement is expected Aug. 16.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including research and development, clinical trials, pre-clinical studies, manufacturing development and other costs.
Omeros is a biopharmaceutical company based in Seattle.
