New York, June 30 - OmegaCorp Ltd. said it has completed a private placement for A$10.8 million.
The company sold 20.8 million shares at A$0.52 each to institutional investors in Europe and North America.
RBC Capital Markets and Westwind Capital Partners were agents.
Proceeds will be used to finance exploration and development of the company's Kariba Uranium Project in Zambia.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, OmegaCorp is a uranium exploration company.
