Omega Navigation secures extension for senior, junior loan facilities

Chicago, May 20 - Omega Navigation Enterprises, Inc. said it reached an agreement with its lenders to extend the maturity of its senior and junior loan facilities by about three more weeks.

The loan facilities will now mature on June 9, extended from May 20. The maturity was also extended from May 17, May 13 and May 10.

The company is an Athens, Greece-based provider of marine transportation services and specializes in product tankers.
