Omega Navigation gets extension for senior, junior loan facilities

Madison, Wis., May 10 - Omega Navigation Enterprises, Inc. announced that it reached an agreement with its lenders to amend the maturity date of its senior and junior loan facilities.

The new maturity date will be May 13, 2011 for both facilities, extended from May 10, 2011.

Omega Navigation is an Athens, Greece-based provider of marine transportation services and specializes in product tankers.
