S&P affirms Arkema

S&P said it affirmed the BBB long-term and A-2 short-term corporate credit ratings on Arkema SA and affirmed the BBB issue-level ratings on Arkema's senior unsecured bonds and BB+ issue-level rating on its junior subordinated hybrid instrument.

The outlook is stable.

“The affirmation reflects Arkema's supportive operating performance and high cash generation, which we think will translate into very strong ratios in 2018 for the rating,” the agency said in a news release.
