Omaha Public Power, Neb., defeases 2007 series AA electric bonds

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 26 – The Omaha Public Power District, Neb., defeased $163 million of its 2007 series AA electric system subordinated revenue bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed on Feb. 1, 2015:
• $1 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2018;
• $1 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2019;
• $1 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2020;
• $3 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2022;
• $3 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2023;
• $3 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2024;
• $8 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2025;
• $9 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2026;
• $11 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2027;
• $11 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2028;
• $11 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2029;
• $11 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2030;
• $60 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2034; and
• $30 million of bonds due Feb. 1, 2038.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and escrow agent.
