New Issue: Colombia's Ocensa prices $500 million 4% notes due 2021 at 185 bps over Treasuries

Atlanta, April 30 - Colombia's Oleoducto Central SA (Ocensa) priced $500 million 4% seven-year notes (expected ratings: Baa3/BBB/) on Wednesday at 99.367 to yield Treasuries plus 185 basis points, a market source said.

The notes were talked in the Treasuries plus 225 bps area.

Citigroup and HSBC were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The issuer is a Bogota-based owner and operator of crude oil pipelines and oil terminals.
