Old Mutual Funds I to transfer seven funds to Touchstone mutual funds

San Diego, Nov. 23 - Old Mutual Funds I said its board of trustees approved the reorganization of seven funds into mutual funds advised by Touchstone Advisors, Inc., according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shareholders of the Old Mutual funds as of close of business on Nov. 14 will be asked to approve the reorganization at a shareholder meeting to be held on Feb. 10, 2012. If the plan is approved by shareholders, all of the assets and some liabilities of each fund will become the assets and liabilities of the corresponding Touchstone fund, and shareholders in each fund will become shareholders in the corresponding Touchstone fund.

Affected are the following funds and the names of their corresponding Touchstone funds:

• Old Mutual Analytic Fund will transfer to Touchstone Dynamic Equity Fund;

• Old Mutual Copper Rock Emerging Growth Fund will transfer to Touchstone Emerging Growth Fund;

• Old Mutual International Equity Fund will transfer to Touchstone International Equity Fund;

• Old Mutual Asset Allocation Conservative Portfolio will transfer to Touchstone Conservative Allocation Fund;

• Old Mutual Asset Allocation Balanced Portfolio will transfer to Touchstone Balanced Allocation Fund;

• Old Mutual Asset Allocation Moderate Growth Portfolio will transfer to Touchstone Moderate Growth Allocation Fund; and

• Old Mutual Asset Allocation Growth Portfolio will transfer to Touchstone Growth Allocation Fund.

As previously reported, the board of trustees of Old Mutual Funds II approved agreements and plans of reorganization on the same date on behalf of 10 of its funds that will similarly transfer to Touchstone mutual funds.

The reorganizations are expected to be effective during the second quarter of 2012.

The investment company is located in Kansas City, Mo.
