Olathe, Kan., plans to sell $77.4 million of G.O. notes, bonds May 5

New York, April 13 - Olathe, Kan., is scheduled to price $77.395 million in series 2009 general obligation notes and G.O. bonds on May 5, according to a notice of sale released Monday.

The issue includes $55.745 million in series 2009A G.O. temporary notes and $21.65 million in series 212 G.O. bonds.

The 2009A G.O. notes are due June 1, 2010 and will be sold competitively.

The 2009 series 212 G.O. bonds are due Oct. 1, 2010 through Oct. 1, 2029 and will also be sold competitively.

Proceeds will be used for capital improvements.
