Atlanta, Oct. 31 - Singapore's Olam International Ltd. priced a S$100 million add-on to its existing 6% notes due Oct. 25, 2022 at 100.25, according to a company filing.
Standard Chartered Bank was the bookrunner for the Regulation S notes.
The notes will be consolidated with Olam's previous S$400 million issue of 6% notes due 2022, which priced earlier this month at par.
Olam International is a food processing company based in Singapore.
