New Issue: Oklahoma City brings $80.11 million of G.O. refunding bonds

New York, Dec. 16 - Oklahoma City priced $80.11 million of series 2012 general obligation refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. The co-managers were BOSC Inc., Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc. and Wells, Nelson & Associates LLC.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2025 with coupons from 0.3% to 5%.
Proceeds will be used to refund the city's series 2002 G.O. bonds, 2002 G.O. refunding bonds, 2003 G.O. bonds, 2004 G.O. bonds and 2005 G.O. bonds.
