Pittsburgh, Nov. 9 – Oi SA’s general meeting of creditors has been postponed to Dec. 7 from Nov. 10, according to a news release.

The second call for the meeting was postponed to Feb. 1 from Nov. 27.

The company said the meeting was postponed by the 7th Corporate Court of the Judicial District of the Capital of Rio de Janeiro at the request of some of Oi’s creditors.

Oi is a Rio de Janeiro-based telecommunications service provider. It filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on June 21, 2016 under case number 16-11791.
