New Issue: SG Structured Products prices $1.5 million 9.5% ReConvs linked to Oil Service HOLDRs

Seattle, April 3 - SG Structured Products, Inc. priced a $1.5 million issue of 9.5% ReConvs due March 28, 2008 linked to the depositary receipts of Oil Service HOLDRs Trust, according to a term sheet.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the Oil Service depositary receipts fall below the limit price during the life of the notes and finish below the initial depositary receipt price, in which case the payout at maturity will be par minus the percentage decline in the depositary receipt price.

SG Americas Securities, LLC is principal agent, with Countrywide Securities Corp. as co-agent.
