New Issue: Oglethorpe Power, Ga., prices $57.67 million revenue bonds

New York, April 17 - The Oglethorpe Power Corp. of Georgia sold $57,665,000 of series 2013A Development Authority of Monroe County pollution control revenue bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/A/A) were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.

The bonds are due Jan. 1, 2039, bear interest at 2.4% and are priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to refund short-term debt incurred to refund bonds previously issued to finance the costs of pollution-control facilities.
