Oglethorpe Power, Ga., plans $212.76 million revenue bond sale

New York, April 15 - The Oglethorpe Power Corp. of Georgia plans to price $212.76 million of series 2013 pollution control revenue bonds during the week of April 15, according to a sales calendar.

The offering includes $40.53 million of series 2013A Development Authority of Appling County pollution control revenue bonds, $114,565,000 of series 2013A Development Authority of Burke County pollution control revenue bonds and $57,665,000 of series 2013A Development Authority of Monroe County pollution control revenue bonds.

The bonds (/A/A) will be sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.

Proceeds will be used to refund short-term debt incurred to refund bonds previously issued to finance the costs of pollution control facilities.
